When my car wash was being reconstructed I didn’t have another car wash to turn to(that was close by). So I went to Tidal Wave and I was blown away by their service. The step by step process of two people preparing your car first then going through the wash. Made my experience worth it. I would love to come back.

Used to love this car wash until i realized over time it was just scratching and tearing up my car and the quality of the wash isn’t even that good. The tire brush leaves a gross dirt/ mud like residue on your rims that you have to wipe off which is inconvenient considering the fact it’s an automatic car wash place.

BEWARE of damage! Roof trim was ripped off during wash, and was immediately reported and documented with staff. (See picture) Management was supposed to call me and didn’t. I’ve called them several times and have not gotten a response. 2 calls and voicemails, no response. Day 8, I called the corporate office to make a complaint, then the manager called me back. He thought he had my part. Turns out, it is not the part for my car (trim damage must be common). Four more days and 3 unanswered text messages have elapsed since then. Now I’m 2-weeks into this and I just want by part back or replaced. I watched it fly off, it has to be in the wash bay somewhere! I shouldn’t have to chase down Tidal Wave managers to get a response.

This is THE WORST tidal wave location hands down. And reason we cancelled our membership. A JOKE. Employees are nice. But this location is regularly understaffed (1 man show). Vacuums WEAK and or broken. Payment system broken and covered with tape. Have to wait on the one man show to get done washing windows to. Let people through. A MESS.
